Comments from the coach:
"This was one of those games where the ladies really had to dig in and fight.  PSU was a tough team defensively and offensively.  Going into that 5th set it could've been anyone's game because our teams were so evenly matched on both sides of the ball.   But this is a determined group of women and they knew they didn't want to leave that gym without a win, and everyone did what they had to do in order for that to happen.   Their intensity and their energy pushed them through until that final point, and they earned a great W today.  This weekend was a great tri-match to prepare us for our opening night of conference play this Wednesday, we are very excited to get the AEC action going!"

The Wolverines will open conference play on Wednesday, October 9th at home in Wentworth Gym. Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
