Volleyball Tops Goucher to Save Split Against Misericordia

DOVER, Del - Wesley Volleyball wins their fifth straight match with 3-1 Victory over Goucher Saturday, September 14. Wesley hosted a tri match with opposing teams Goucher and Misericordia.

Set scores for the Wolverines were 25-11, 25-13, and 25-18.

Defensively, Wesley had 114 digs in the three sets, Emily Waldridge leading with 32, Caelli Clifford following close behind with 24, and Allison Mills chipping in 11.

Regan Healey led the offense with nine kills. Mackenzie Bender and Mary Getty contributed 8 kills each. Following close behind was Micah Lewis with five and Emily Waldridge with four.

The Wolverines hit .034 on the match.
 
Lindsay Burg had 14 assists and Brooke Gurganus had 10 to help fuel the offense.

Wesley Volleyball drops match 3-0 to Misericordia Saturday, September 14.

Set scores for the Wolverines were 23-25, 20-25, and 16-25.

Defensively, Wesley had 124 digs in the three sets, Caelli Clifford leading with 16, Lindsay Burg and Regan Healey following close behind with 10 each, Emily Waldridge chipping in 6 and Allison Mills with 5.

Emily Waldridge led the offense with seven kills. Brooke Gurganus, Mary Getty, Mackenzie Bender and Micah Wright each contributing three kills.  

The Wolverines hit .070 to the Cougars .310.
 
Lindsay Burg had 15 assists and Brooke Gurganus had 10 to help fuel the offense.
