Women's Lacrosse's win streak snapped against Lycoming

DOVER, Del. – The Wesley College women's lacrosse team's four-game winning streak was snapped in a 20-6 defeat by the Lycoming Warriors on Thursday.

Paige Brehm netted a hat trick in the loss. Brehm added two draw controls. Fallon Fore tallied two goals, two assists and two ground balls. Kassie Dieter recorded five draw controls along with a goal and an assist. Emily Caldarelli assisted on Dieter's goal in the second half.

Emily Magness paced the defensive effort for Wesley with four ground balls and three caused turnovers. Brianna Bacon notched two caused turnovers on defense.

Maria Rowland stopped eight shots in net for the Wolverines.

Kelly McGinniss had six goals in the win for Lycoming.

Wesley (4-1) will look to get back to their winning ways when they host the Wells Express in their 20th anniversary celebration on Sunday, March 17. The game is set to start at 11 a.m.
